Case Studies
Documented in Public.
Documented in public. Every case study here is real, named, and published with the client's permission — because the Founding Five terms require nothing less.
Puresome — Home Cleaning
Puresome is a home service company we own and operate right here in Benton Harbor — the trucks, the schedules, the phone that has to ring. It was our first client, and it still is.
We built its operating platform end to end ourselves. And its local presence runs the same playbook we now sell — the Booked-Solid System, used on our own money first.
The Platform We Built
Online booking & estimates
Customers request work and get estimates without a phone tag marathon.
Job scheduling
Every job, every crew, every day — on one board.
Invoicing
Job done, invoice out. No pile of paper on the truck seat.
Timesheets
Hours tracked where the work happens, not reconstructed on Friday.
Customer portal
Customers see their bookings, estimates, and invoices in one place.
Every line of it written in-house — because we needed it to run our own jobs.
We publish numbers here as they're documented — never before.
The Founding Five
Five Spots. Real Numbers.
Our first five clients pay full price and get 3 months of the monthly system free ($2,250) — in exchange for one thing: permission to publish what happens. When the fifth signs, these terms end for good.
